Unlike card-based concierge programs such as American Express Platinum or Centurion, a private concierge operates with a dedicated lifestyle manager per client, direct accountability, and access to off-market arrangements. Do I need to be a member to use SH Luxury ?
No. SH Luxury concierge services are available on a per-request basis for single arrangements such as a private yacht charter, a luxury villa rental, or a private event. Members of The Private Circle receive priority access, a dedicated senior lifestyle manager, preferred rates, and around the clock availability that per-request services do not include. Membership starts at €12,000 per year for individuals. For clients with occasional requests, the per-request model allows full access to our concierge services without commitment. Every request is received by your dedicated lifestyle manager, who reviews the scope, confirms feasibility, and coordinates directly with vetted partners worldwide. For standard requests, a tailored proposal is returned within 24 hours. For time sensitive arrangements, our concierge team moves within the hour. Complex requests combining private aviation, yacht charter, villa rental, and ground transport across multiple destinations are handled through a single point of contact with no intermediaries. All inquiries are reviewed within 24 hours. Time sensitive and last minute requests are routed immediately to the senior lifestyle manager on duty, with response times typically under one hour. Private Circle members on the Signature tier benefit from a dedicated direct line with response times under 30 minutes, around the clock, across any time zone. Is my information kept confidential ?
Client confidentiality is the foundation of our operations. SH Luxury operates under a non disclosure first culture. We do not discuss our clients publicly, in press, or with third parties. Most members of our senior team have signed individual NDAs with the principals they serve. Internal systems restrict client data access to the lifestyle manager directly handling the file.
