1. Our Services

SH Luxury Private Club is a private luxury concierge company offering:

• Luxury villa and property rentals
• Superyacht and sailing charters
• Private aviation and helicopter transfers
• Chauffeur-driven transport and luxury vehicle rental
• Exclusive event planning and management
• Personal shopping and lifestyle management
• Fine dining and restaurant reservation services

All services are subject to availability and the specific terms agreed at the time of engagement.

2. Client Relationship

SH Luxury acts as an intermediary and concierge manager. We coordinate and arrange services with third-party providers on behalf of our clients. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, SH Luxury is not the direct provider of transport, accommodation, aviation, or hospitality services, and is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers.

3. Bookings and Reservations

A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from SH Luxury and, where applicable, payment of the agreed deposit. Specific cancellation and modification terms are set out in each service agreement.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated, exclusive of applicable taxes and local levies unless expressly indicated. SH Luxury reserves the right to update pricing without notice for future bookings.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service and provider and will be communicated in writing at the time of booking. Where third-party providers apply non-refundable charges, these are passed on to the client. SH Luxury service fees are generally non-refundable once a service has been arranged.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate and complete information required to deliver services.
• Holding valid travel documents, visas, and appropriate insurance.
• Complying with the rules and conditions of each service provider.
• Any damage caused to third-party property during the use of arranged services.

7. Confidentiality

SH Luxury treats all client information with the utmost discretion. We will not disclose any client details to third parties except as necessary to fulfil the services requested or as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of SH Luxury Private Club or its licensors. No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SH Luxury shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes (Alpes-Maritimes), France, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Modifications

SH Luxury reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
