NOIR occupies a dramatic 3,000 m² underground space beneath the Burj Al Sadaf tower, conceived by award-winning studio Studio Diez as a monument to sensory excess and controlled elegance. Clad entirely in hand-carved black marble and polished obsidian panels, the club emits no natural light — every element of the atmosphere is meticulously engineered, from the 360° immersive LED ceiling mapping original artwork in real time, to the custom Funktion-One sound system built directly into the structure’s walls. The main floor accommodates 600 guests around a sunken dance floor, flanked by 22 private booths upholstered in black camel leather, each with a dedicated concierge.
